It is a competence we have deliberately built up. We started more than 15 years ago — with the green roofs at Skowronia.
After that, consistent progress. Project after project.

From refined estate-level landscaping, through the mini-park at Ostoja, all the way to a fully-fledged park at Wola Village.
As the scale of our projects grew, so did the role of greenery.
Today it is a discipline of its own — and a department of its own.

Green roofs at Skowronia

Greenery as part of the structure — not as decoration. This is where the competence that defines our projects today first started. 12,900 sq ft (1,200 m²) of green roofs

2018

Ostoja/Mini park

RAISING THE BAR Refined estate landscaping with elements of a park. Walking lanes, places to rest, a considered planting composition. Greenery began to define the character of the investment. 37,700 sq ft (3,500 m²) of landscaped greenery

2023

PARK AND ORGANIC FARM

A fully-fledged park designed for everyday life. Walking lanes, a running track, sport, recreation, space for children. Plus URBA Farming — a certified organic farm in the city. 323,000 sq ft (30,000 m²) of park and greenery

2026+
