The URBA Wola Village investment has been included in the prestigious group of projects presented at the "3rd Decade. Architecture of Kraków 2020–2030" exhibition. This unique event, organized by the City Architect's Office of Kraków, focuses on developments that redefine and set the directions for the growth of Kraków's contemporary urban fabric. It also showcases the scale of changes occurring in the city during the third decade of the 21st century.
The exhibition is accompanied by a publication featuring the selected projects. We are delighted that Wola Village has been recognized as an inspiring project that demonstrates what the future of residential urban spaces should look like.
The exposition showcases nearly 100 carefully selected projects—ranging from structures completed in recent years and investments currently under construction to plans being prepared for implementation. The overriding goal of the exhibition is to display Kraków in a process of intense transformation and to spark a discussion on how to responsibly shape living spaces.
Vision of a Dynamic City
The projects qualified for the exhibition combine three key pillars:
Sustainable construction: A response to contemporary climate and ecological challenges.
Functionality and aesthetics: Architecture that is uncompromisingly beautiful while being highly user-friendly for residents.
Modernity in dialogue with tradition: Creating a new visual identity with respect for historical heritage.
Wola Village aligns perfectly with this philosophy. It proves that modern, intimate housing can coexist harmoniously with nature while offering the highest comfort and standard of living expected by contemporary residents of Kraków.
Residents and tourists can visit the exhibition in the very heart of Kraków, at Szczepański Square, until October 27th.
UPDATE: From May 11th to June 14th, 2026, the exhibition is being presented in Warsaw at the headquarters of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP) at 2 Foksal Street. The exposition is a side event accompanying the Polish Architecture Congress. This is a wonderful opportunity to see our project on a nationwide architectural stage.
We warmly invite you to visit the exhibition and see how URBA helps co-create the city and its architecture.
