Our flagship investment in Kraków – Wola Village – has been honored with the prestigious Happy Neighborhoods Developer Certificate. This accolade confirms that when designing and creating new spaces, URBA builds much more than just modern buildings. We create places with people and their relationships in mind.

Goal: Supporting Happy Neighborhoods

This nationwide competition is organized by the Otodom portal, and the entire initiative was developed in cooperation with the Polish Association of Developers (PZFD). The main goal of the contest is to recognize developers who look at residential investments through a broader lens than just square meters. This concept is based on the so-called "architecture of relationships." The organizers appreciate projects that:

• Enhance the quality of the local neighborhood and the daily well-being of its residents.
• Design functional common areas that foster integration.
• Create impulses for building strong, safe, and integrated communities.

In times when we increasingly seek authentic connections, this recognition serves as a clear signal that a given residential estate fosters a happy and fulfilled life within a neighborhood community.
